Connect Cursor

Add a remote URL entry to Cursor’s mcp.json and authorize the connection.

Open Cursor’s MCP configuration. Use ~/.cursor/mcp.json for all projects or .cursor/mcp.json inside one project.
Add the serverx entry below, preserving any other entries already in the file.
Enable the server in Cursor and follow its OAuth sign-in prompt to authorize ServerX.
Ask Cursor’s agent to list your hosts before selecting a machine for work.

Authorization covers current and future hosts in your selected ServerX account or team. Your host’s local configuration decides what can execute. Disconnect access at any time in AI Apps. The agent contains no AI.
